The unit is professional managed by Seaside Vacations Management. Seaside handles collecting the dues and paying for all the expenses of the unit. In short the dues pay for the operation cost and cleaning, taxes, power, HOA dues, small repairs, H06 insurance, etc. This is a great way to enjoy your part of paradise without the expense of the entire condo.
